Here’s a quick and ezy way to change up your protein intake with some delicious vegan protein balls. You’ll love the lack of prep time and the taste will have you coming back for more!
1 scoop (34g) Chocolate ezy protein powder
50g desiccated coconut
40g almond meal
50g Medjool dates pitted (soaked in water for about 5 minutes)
40g 100% natural peanut butter
2 tbsp. (40ml) cold water
- Add ezy protein powder, coconut and almond meal to a bowl and mix together.
- Add peanut butter, dates and water, using your hands to combine the ingredients until well mixed and a sticky dough is formed.
- Divide the mixture into 10 portions and roll into balls in the palm of your hands.
- Serve 2 balls as a snack
- Refrigerate remaining protein balls for use throughout the week.
